To prepare these strawberry curd bites you will need:
For the cookie:
2 eggs
75g of sugar
250g of flour
125g of butter
30g of water
½ packet of baking powder
Methods:
Beat the whole eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy, add, stirring, the sifted flour with the baking powder, the butter, then add the water, mix well.
Pour the mixture into mold using a piping bag.
Baking at 180° for about twenty min.
Meanwhile prepare the cream if it is not ready yet and let it cool.
Once biscuit and cream have cooled, have the filling of the small tartlets with pastry bag, decorate with pieces of strawberry and crushed pistachios.
