
INGREDIENTS
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
Instructions
Prepare the Foil Packets
Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. Place one pork chop in the center of each sheet.
Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and ketchup until smooth and well combined.
Assemble
Spoon the glaze evenly over each pork chop, making sure each piece is well coated.
Seal Tightly
Wrap each pork chop securely in the foil, sealing the edges tightly to lock in all the juices and flavor.
